1. Embarrassing Moment: I was on a date in high school and was at his parents house and I got sick and threw up all up his stairs and all over their bathroom.

8. Things I love about the Christmas season:Seeing how excited my kids get,all the good food,and the chirstmas lights.
9. Things I say to my kids:I love you to the moon and back. Eugene and Regina come here, and Seriously.
10. Things I do a lot: Try to clean my house,talk on the phone, play with my kids.
11. Things I would rather not live without: My family, My Friends, FOOD and shopping.

Christmas Traditions

The past couple of years we have taken the kids up to Temple Square to see the lights and stay in a motel. My kids love to go and usually ask to go all year. This year my sister Lacie and Gary, Stormee and their kids came we had a lot of fun walking around Temple Square and then swimming at the motel.Then EARLY Saturday we went to the Bountiful Temple it was a really good trip. I hope we continue with this tradition for years to come. I also want to thank Stormee for being my shofer.

I'm Thankful....

Well since it is November and almost thanksgiving I feel like I need to talk about what I am most thankful for which is my children. I know sometimes I complain about them and so does others but I do love them so much. I will start with Tyalan.


Taylan was such a struggle for me since she was born with her non stop crying for the first six months of her life and her endless curiosity for example throwing a dozen eggs around my kitchen,eating whatever she could find therefore resulting in calling poison control four times, and never holding still running in every direction. It seems like just recently she has grown up so much and has become such a good girl. She loves her brother and protects him when necessary, she loves pre-school and primary she love to learn, she loves dancing and gymnastics and does it all day long. She loves to eat and do anything with her mom mostly shop(for stretch pants). We love her so much and she is such a blessing to our family.

My Ryder was such a different story. He was the best baby always so snuggly and sweet until he reached about 18 months and it all changed he is now two and a half and he is a little bit of a monster he enjoys his fits and making messes non stop. I am thankful for him for many reasons he is pretty funny he makes me laugh daily he calls me Korie Hansen instead of mom he talks pretty good now and copies what everyone says sometimes not a good thing but it is cute. He loves his dad he loves to play football with him and read books. His favorate things are horses, motorcycles and four wheelers, cars, tractors and trucks, food, TV,and anything outside. He is a handful and keeps us busy but we love him so much and do not know what we would do without him.

HALLOWEEN

We had lots of fun this year with all the parties, parades and pre-school. We love halloween and all the candy and scaries.We have done some fun things this month went on the Heber Creeper haunted train and to wheeler farm with Lacie. We love this time of year and are enjoying every minute.

This is hard for me because I have no OCD with germs or cleaning (Stormee& Bandi).


1. I can NOT tell Taylan NO. She usually gets and does what ever she wants. It's bad I know, but I just can't do it. Does that mean she's spoiled?


2. I can't stand when every light is on in the house. I go around turning them off and 5 seconds later they are on again. I don't think Bret knows how to use a light switch.

3.I think about food all day long. I go to bed thinking what I am going to have for Breakfast after breakfast whats for lunch and dinner and snacks. I really enjoy food.

4. I cannot control my laughter. If I see or hear someone laugh I cannot control myself even if it is at the worst time or at something sad, or even singing in sacrament I laugh at cant stop. It's bad.

5.I don't like to be busy. If I have more than 2 things going on in a day I am stressed out.


6. I love scroungy clothes( sweats and T-shirts). Those that see me on a regular basis know that is what I am wearing almost everyday. Weird thing is I really like buying real clothes and usually buy me new clothes a couple times a month.

IS IT HALLOWEEN YET?

The other night Bret came home from work with these wax vampire mouths for the kids and they got so excited. They kept asking if it was Halloween yet and how many more days. So now we are counting down the days, planning costumes, and getting ready to decorate. I don't know if I have rubbed off on my kids a little but they seem to dig Halloween as much as I do, and I could not be happier about it. WE CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!

Pictures Please

Ever since Taylan started school, she has had to get her picture taken almost everyday. So I did a slide show. She thinks she is pretty cute and she likes to pose ALOT.

Do Cheerleaders Eat Donuts?

The other night we went to my nephew Jaymons football game, and for weeks now Taylan has been telling him that she was going to cheer for him, so she dressed up in her cheerleading costume and when we got there we told her to go and cheer but there was donuts there and anyone who knows Tay knows she LOVES donuts and then that was all that was on her mind. Hollie had told her that cheerleaders do not eat donuts so she came up to me and asked me secretly if they do I told her cheerleaders eat what ever they want. Needless to say there was not alot of cheering going on.
As you can see Bubba also enjoyed the donuts!!!!

BOYS?

Okay I don't know what it is about little boys but they love their cowboy boots. Ryder loves to wear his cowboy boots with shorts, also ones that are not mates. He has to wear them wherever we go. I am now the mom who will let him wear them rather than have him throw a fit about it. He even wears them when he has a nap. Taylan would never wear mismatch shoes, or boots with shorts and I would never take her anywhere looking not perfect. I guess times change. Plus Ryder is cute no matter what.

First day of Pre-school

Today was Taylans first day of Pre-school she was so excited all morning long, she kept saying how many more minutes until school. We walked there and she skipped the whole way. I walked her in and she didn't pay any attention to me I kept saying bye Tay I love you and I didn't even get a second look. It was a sad day for me having my first kid go to school, but she is ready. It really is amazing how fast they grow up I wish they could stay little longer.

The temple

The time finally came we were sealed together FOREVER on August 9, 2008 in the Manti temple it was an amazing day. When they brought our kids in there is no words to describe what we were feeling. It was the BEST day ever.

I'm Trying

Okay I have no clue how to do this, but I am working on it between fixing kids food, breaking up fights, and changing dirty diapers. So It may be a while before I really get serious but I will figure it out.
